Cancellation/Rescheduling/Forget/No Show Policy:
- Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments & providing a 48 hours of notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
- This allows us the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
- If less than 48 hours notice is given you are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled services.
- When you schedule your appointment with us you are agreeing with these policies.

New cancellation Policy
As of January 1st, 2026, if you cancel or no show for an appointment more than 3 times after the preapproved cancellation period (48 hours), you will no longer be able to book online. however, you will be able to book over the phone or in-person as long as the appointment is paid at the time of the scheduling or to become a walk-in client.
